How often should I mow my lawn?

It is recommended to mow lawn once a week to cut back brown tips and encourage healthy full growth

How often should I water my lawn?

It is recommended to water lawn at least once a week during dry season

Should I overseed my lawn?

It depends on your grass type and location but yes it is recommended to seed to help keep lawn full and treat dead grass areas

Should I fertilize my lawn?

It is recommended to fertilize lawn to maximize grass health

How low should I cut my overgrown lawn?

You should always cut no longer than 1/3 the height of lawn to keep from overreacting

Do I need to be there before servicing?

Depends on if you need to show us something or allow us access before we get started, but for the most part no. We will communicate upon arrival and exit of property via text. Once you receive your invoice, you can always check the before and after pictures to ensure you are satisfied with our results.

What if I need to cancel my service?

Please communicate with us before we arrive at the job site in case you need to cancel. If you made a down payment, and did not cancel before scheduled time, you will incur a fee for late cancelation as listed in the agreement.

How do you collect payment?

a) You can pay in person usually via cash

b) you can pay direct via the invoice we send you. Direct invoice payment does occur a platform fee so be aware of that

c) cash transfer apps such as Zelle and cash app accepted

d) We do not accept Venmo, PayPal, personal checks or money orders

Are you liscenced and insured?

No, we are not currently, but we are progressively working to get those steps complete by March of 2026, lord willing. But rest assured we are only offering low risk task to ensure you won’t fall into any legal trouble should an incident occur. If you do decide to sign up for a riskier service, we want you to at least be aware so you can make the proper choice, because we actually care.
